Yoga is a process of self-discovery, an unpeeling and unraveling, a working down through the layers to reach our core where it is restful and peaceful.

We help people of all ages tap into their core of joy by realizing their inner resources. Give yourself or someone you love the opportunity to tap into the wellspring of hope, love and joy that resides in each of our hearts. We will utilize the power of flowing and restorative yoga, quiet meditation, art, music, and key self realization techniques to make each individual feel honored and unique.

Let us make your next gathering one to remember not for a day or a week…but for a lifetime.

Rites of passage are sacred events and celebrations that mark the passage of a person or group through the life cycle, from one stage to another, from one role or social position to another. Intuitively, these rites serve at least four functions:

1. Safe passage

Because passing from one stage into the next can be an anxiety-producing experience, the rite “gives permission for" - or legitimatize the anxiety, and then allays it by giving meaning to the experience. We make the "passage" from one life stage to another safe and clear.

2. Moments of learning

We will provide an atmosphere in which learning will take place. For example, acknowledging the reality of the passing from childhood into young adulthood aids in accepting life without the expectations and limitations of childhood experience. We will recognize what we are leaving behind as we welcome the next new and exciting chapter.

3. Connection to community

Rites of passage celebrate the connecting of individuals to a community. As people transition into their next phase of life, confirming their connection to community is an important aspect in what may otherwise be a lonely experience.

4. Connection to self

Each event will reflect the individual’s personal interests and story, honoring their path to date and acknowledging their uniqueness in the world.
