Peace in the City can help you meet your fitness goals by teaching you effective exercises to help you get in shape. Peace in the City will also recommend healthy dishes that promote safe weight loss. The trainers at Peace in the City will guide you through your journey to health and fitness by showing you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and providing that little extra motivation to help you reach your goals.
But how do you know you will like this “fitness thing” or the trainers you hired to help you? You don’t know. Peace in the City understands that client-trainer relationships are based on trust and chemistry. It is for this reason that Peace in the City does not charge for the first session. The trainers at Peace in the City want you to feel comfortable and decide if the relationship is a good fit after the initial consultation and session.
Your first 30-minute complimentary session will include:
• Discussion of your goals and barriers
• A simple fitness evaluation
• Developing strategies for success that will lead to you accomplishing your goals
• Discussion of immediate next steps and getting started
Getting motivated!
Once you decide to work with Peace in the City, you will receive a personalized workout program based on your goals, learn the exercises in that program in addition to proper exercise techniques, stretching, motivation and accountability. Sessions are designed to improve your body, mind, and spirit while moving toward your goals!
Fitness and goal re-evaluations are then done every 8-12 weeks and a new program is developed to accomdate your changing body.
From just starting a healthier lifestyle to pushing yourself to a whole new level of fitness, Shapes Fitness has plans to fit your special needs. Options include:
• Meet multiple times per week
• Meet once a week or month
• Enhance your workout program via virtual coaching!

Online/Phone Coaching
Check in with your trainer at an agreed upon time, on-line or by phone, to discuss your workouts and receive new updates to program.
